Great Music for A Good Cause

The Choir of The Philharmonic Society of Selangor or The Phil as its more affectionately known, is staging its main production for the year with its Heart & Soul Charity Concert series of charity concerts. Led by Cheryl Teh, Chairperson of The Phil and The Weekly's Great Women of Our Time 2010 nominee, will be leading the choir featuring familiar tunes from the Bee Gees and Michael Jackson.

The Phil is a community choir made up entirely of volunteers from all ages and walks of life, aspiring for a community in harmony.

Celebrity Designed Sofas!

Ever wanted to own a celebrity designed sofa? Now you can! Some of Malaysia’s most popular actors, TV hosts, deejays, musicians and performers came together to express their own individual style by designing a custom made sofa with Macy's from scratch. Celebrities include Harith Iskander, Amber Chia, Jojo Struys, Vanidah Imran and Rashidi Ishak, Daphne Iking, Dynas Mokhtar, Ash Nair, Dennis Lau, Joey G, Patricia Sue Lin Knudsen and Hannah Lo. Each celebrity picked out the fabrics, colour combinations and styles to design their own personalized sofas.

Some of our favourites are Dynas and Amber's designs. Dynas designed a sofa that would be ideal for new mothers adding that “your baby deserves the best and so do you! Featuring an extra tall back for neck and back support as well as extra high arms to assist in cradling, this sofa is sure to provide maximum support and comfort for both you and your baby.”

All allen keys collected will be sent for recycling. So start looking around your home for any of the Allen Keys today!
